  • Voice & Audio Data: Voice recordings submitted through practice platforms (such as Alfa PTE) or voice notes sent directly to mentors via WhatsApp for technical evaluation and feedback.
  • Financial & Transactional Data: Billing name, billing address, currency, and payment transaction IDs. (Note: Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal. PTE SMART LLC does not store full credit card numbers or raw banking credentials on its servers.)
  • Communications: Transcripts and records of emails, WhatsApp messages, support tickets, and contact form submissions.

  • Purpose of Processing: Audio data is collected and processed strictly to evaluate pronunciation, oral fluency, and exam technique.
  • Storage & Non-Biometric Use: We do not use your voice data for biometric identification, voice recognition modeling, or artificial intelligence voice cloning. Voice files sent via WhatsApp remain subject to WhatsApp’s standard security protocols and are not downloaded or archived into separate databases. Voice recordings on third-party platforms are governed by the security and retention policies of those respective service providers.


5. Custom Audiences & Social Media Advertising

We may use contact information provided by you (such as your email address or phone number) in a secure, encrypted format (hashed data) to create “Custom Audiences” or “Lookalike Audiences” on advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Purpose: This enables us to display relevant educational advertisements to potential students or to exclude currently enrolled students from seeing unnecessary promotional ads.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of having your contact information used for social media Custom Audiences at any time by contacting us at support@ptesmart.com.au.
