1. Company Information & Scope

PTE SMART LLC is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
We provide 100% online educational services related to preparation for the PTE Academic exam.
All products and services are delivered digitally through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Kajabi and Alfa PTE.

2. Nature of the Service (No Guarantee of Results)

PTE SMART LLC provides educational content, structured study plans, mentorship, feedback, and practice tools designed to support students in improving their English skills and exam performance. However:
– Enrollment does not guarantee any specific score or outcome.
– Exam results depend on multiple factors, including the student’s background, effort, consistency, and application of strategies.
– PTE SMART LLC does not control the official PTE Academic exam or its scoring system.

3. Mentorship Structure & What Is Included

The mentorship is fully online, time-limited, and does not include one-on-one private classes.
During the 12-week access period, students receive access to:
– Video classes available 24/7
– AI-powered practice platform
– Personalized written feedback
– Section and full mock tests
– Daily study plan
– Exclusive Smart Techniques
– Weekly group classes
– Customized study schedule
– Smart Community access

Support is provided via group sessions, written feedback, and email support, according to the structure of the program.

4. Access Duration, Extensions & No Pauses

Standard mentorship access is 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
Students may purchase an additional extension of up to 4 weeks for an extra fee.
Extensions do not reset the mentorship or modify its structure.

No Pauses or Freezing
Because the mentorship is personalized, structured, and offered in limited spots:
– Pauses, freezes, deferrals, or suspensions are not allowed
– This applies for any reason, including personal, professional, medical, travel, or visa-related circumstances

5. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling, students acknowledge that success in the program depends on their active participation.
Students are responsible for:
– Following the study plan and mentorship guidelines
-Practicing consistently and on time
-Completing activities within the access period
-Ensuring proper technical setup (internet, microphone, devices)
-Using the platforms correctly and ethically
-Regularly checking emails and platform announcements

Failure to engage with the program does not constitute grounds for refunds, extensions, or special exceptions.

6. Communication Policy

Email is the official communication channel of PTE SMART LLC.
Important updates, announcements, policy changes, and instructions are communicated via email and/or the learning platform.
Failure to check emails or platform announcements is not the responsibility of PTE SMART LLC.

7. Payments & Currency

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Students purchasing from outside the United States are responsible for:
– Currency conversion fees
– Exchange rate differences
– Fees applied by their bank or payment provider

PTE SMART LLC is not responsible for discrepancies caused by currency conversion.

8. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase:
– All sales are final
– No refunds are offered under any circumstances

Access is considered granted when:
-The student logs into the platform
– The student accesses any content
-The student downloads or views materials
-Any portion of the platform is used

Logging into the platform already counts as access, regardless of usage level.

9. Platform Access, Security & Misuse

– Access is granted to one individual only
– Sharing login credentials, materials, or content is strictly prohibited
-Platforms use security measures, including IP monitoring

Any suspicious activity may result in:
– Immediate termination of access
– No refund
-Potential legal action

10. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All materials provided by PTE SMART LLC are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Students may not:
– Copy, share, reproduce, resell, or distribute content
– Record or repurpose materials
– Create derivative works
– Access to materials is limited to the active access period only.

11. Use of Testimonials, Images & Messages

By participating in the program, students grant PTE SMART LLC the right to use:
– Testimonials
– Messages
– Feedback
 – Images or videos voluntarily shared

These may be used for marketing and commercial purposes.
No financial compensation is provided unless agreed in writing.

12. Technical Issues & Platform Maintenance

PTE SMART LLC may perform platform updates or maintenance that could result in temporary unavailability.
While reasonable notice will be provided when possible, emergency maintenance may occur without notice. Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds or extensions.

13. Changes to Content, Structure & Terms

PTE SMART LLC reserves the right to:
– Modify content, materials, platforms, tools, and mentorship structure
– Update pricing, delivery format, and policies
– Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time

Changes take effect upon publication on the platform or communication via email.

14. Limitation of Liability

PTE SMART LLC is not liable for:
– Exam results
– Missed deadlines
– Technical failures beyond our control
– Personal, professional, or financial decisions made by the student

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

15. Force Majeure

PTE SMART LLC is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, platform outages, or internet failures.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
