It’s always a good idea to give yourself plenty of time to study for the PTE Academic if you want to get a high score. However, we know that sometimes life can get in the way and you’re left with little to no time to prepare properly. Here are some exceptional students that could overcome these difficulties with our courses.
Marco: 80+ through and through
Marco didn’t have much time to study for the PTE so he could apply for the Skill Assessment as a Marketing Specialist. This is why he decided to take PTE Smart’s self-learning course “Secrets of PTE” and study on his own time. He was shortly able to reach 80+ in all of the bands. Impressive!
Monica: above her own expectations
Monica was short on time to get 50+ in all of the bands in order to apply for her Sponsor Visa. She was trying to study by herself but found herself discouraged by all the messy information online. She needed to take the test as soon as possible and yet, she didn’t feel prepared. She took PTE Smart’s Boosting Your Score and got an Overall Score of 61.
Luan: for some people, one week is enough
This is a very extreme case. Luan didn’t know anything about the PTE and needed an Overall Score of 50, no bands below 36 points for his Graduate Visa. Besides, he only had 1 week to prepare! In the end, following the study plan and applying all the techniques, definitely paid off! He got an impressive Overall score of +64 and 82 on his Speaking!
Celso: you don’t need a lot of time, just effort
Celso wasn’t very familiar with the PTE when he started our Secrets of PTE course. And here’s the catch: he only had 1 week to study and apply for a 485 Graduate Visa. He gave it his all during the 7 days of the course and was able to go through all the techniques. He got the score he needed on his first try!
Daniela: one month to perfection
Daniela had 1 month to study for the PTE Academic. She didn’t have much time and that’s why she chose Secrets of PTE, so she could study at her own pace. In the end, she got a perfect Overall Score with her lowest score being 87 in Reading. This happened because she followed the provided study plan to a T, watched all the video classes, and went through all the practice material we provided for her!
Each student is different
These cases are just examples of how much one can achieve in a small amount of time with dedication, hard work, and the right guidance. However, it’s also important to say that not all students are the same, and preparation time can differ from one person to the other, so it’s always best to plan ahead.
